Thierry Henry showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Thierry Henry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ciro Brasil made a huge save. Gustavo Berger hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pragmáticos 1903's zone, Evair Palmeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Carlos Britto came out of the goal and Evair Palmeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Beto Aparecido got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Beto Aparecido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Thierry Henry took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Ciro Brasil to make any attempt to save it. ITAFUT 4EVER's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
