The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Iain Lambie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güntekin Uskan in the 3rd minute of the match. The Last Airbender's Şeray Rauf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wayne Pollard in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Inverness Warriors getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Declan McKichan hit a great ball. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inverness Warriors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ferman Sıraç was slow to take the kick. During this time The Last Airbender's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Bilge Horasanlı got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iain Lambie quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 17 played minutes Inverness Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Lee Martin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemal Özgun in the 18th minute of play forced Inverness Warriors's goalkeeper Iain Lambie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inverness Warriors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ferman Sıraç was slow to take the kick. During this time The Last Airbender's players had a chance to rest. Ferman Sıraç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iain Lambie having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cemal Özgun in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iain Lambie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to The Last Airbender getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Cemal Özgun hit a great ball. Iain Lambie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Güntekin Uskan in the 28th minute of the match. Keith McNie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Şeray Rauf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rdth minute of the game Güntekin Uskan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inverness Warriors's Iain Lambie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Neil Howison's late challenge caught a The Last Airbender's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neil Howison helped the player get up and apologised. Neil Howison kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ferman Sıraç struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Iain Lambie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Last Airbender. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finlay Gifford in the 39th minute of play forced The Last Airbender's goalkeeper Şeray Rauf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Jay Duff tried in the game's 53rd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Iain Lambie. An annoying self made goal, 0-1. Bilge Horasanlı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Iain Lambie made a huge save. After a rather tough play, The Last Airbender's Ferman Sıraç got a free kick in the 65th minute. Iain Lambie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Güntekin Uskan, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Jay Duff was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inverness Warriors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Last Airbender the free kick. In the 69th minute, Jay Duff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cemal Özgun came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the The Last Airbender fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cemal Özgun couldn't finish the play. Wayne Pollard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şeray Rauf having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Güntekin Uskan got free with Iain Lambie in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Inverness Warriors's zone, Güntekin Uskan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iain Lambie came out of the goal and Güntekin Uskan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the match, The Last Airbender's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Binnie came free, but Şeray Rauf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Last Airbender's Mikail Savgat was substituted for Güntekin Uskan. In the 88th match minute, The Last Airbender was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Songurhan Yetişen to maneuver through the defense. The Last Airbender's Şeray Rauf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wayne Pollard in the 92nd minute of play. Cemal Özgun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
