Daniel Pimentel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Piedra having to interfere. The supporters of Portugal booed when Altermundi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Han Ying didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Barreto came free, but Candido Piedra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
