Anis Achour was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th match minute, Symba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincenty Solibieda to maneuver through the defense. Orlando Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khaled Chérif in the 19th minute of play. Anis Achour was a little too slow when Ciro Brasil got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Symba's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Brasil came free, but Anis Achour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the match, Ciro Brasil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anis Achour saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Orlando Nogueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gus Wootton, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Gus Wootton struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Orlando Nogueira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Symba. Orlando Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khaled Chérif, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

52 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's Ciro Brasil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anis Achour narrowly saved just below the crossbar. AKI CORINTHIANS's Orlando Nogueira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save AKI CORINTHIANS from getting a goal against them. Tomás San Juan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Orlando Nogueira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gus Wootton got free with Orlando Nogueira in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anis Achour showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Ibar in the 68th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Albino Ibar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anis Achour was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Sílvio Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Nogueira having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Veiga came free, but Orlando Nogueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, Orlando Queirós was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Symba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AKI CORINTHIANS the free kick. The audience was convinced that Sílvio Veiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Nogueira was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Anis Achour stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albino Ibar's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Ciro Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Anis Achour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The AKI CORINTHIANS support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
