KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Klement Bara in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Emilio Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kazimierz Felenak in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Rokita Brzeg Dolny getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Honorato Escobar hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Rokita Brzeg Dolny's goalkeeper Klement Bara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaw Ptaszek. Klement Bara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wessel Bos in the 34th minute of the match. Klement Bara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wessel Bos in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 51st minute, Wessel Bos made a precise shot to the right of Klement Bara. Rokita Brzeg Dolny's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Wessel Bos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Klement Bara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. KN ZGORZELEC's Kazimierz Chrobak was substituted for Gustaw Ptaszek. 62 minutes in the game Honorato Escobar did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ludomil Cebula. A collision led to KN ZGORZELEC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Eugeniusz Kociniewski hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Felenak came free, but Emilio Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Shepherd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iwo Domin in the 66th minute. After 70 minutes of play, Rokita Brzeg Dolny's Valērijs Bensons made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Shepherd was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Klement Bara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Rokita Brzeg Dolny's goalie and right to Kazimierz Chrobak. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Rokita Brzeg Dolny's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 77 minutes into the match, Rokita Brzeg Dolny's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Gotfryd came free, but Klement Bara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valērijs Bensons in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwo Domin got free with Emilio Shepherd in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Wessel Bos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KN ZGORZELEC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Chrobak in the 93rd minute of play forced Rokita Brzeg Dolny's goalkeeper Klement Bara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that KN ZGORZELEC were the better team. KN ZGORZELEC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
