Aleksander Bobek came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aleksander Bobek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 23rd minute of the match. The Hungary fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Hungary's Antal Valentin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aleksander Bobek. Aleksander Bobek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Aleksander Bobek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 40th minute. The supporters of Głodne Ghule u21 booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balazs Lajos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Major Barnas short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Aleksander Bobek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
