In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lomas de Zamora FC's goalkeeper Narciso Napier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 5 minutes of play, Gold Raiders FC's Turgut Turgut made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Napier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lomas de Zamora FC's Narciso Napier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Turgut in the 9th minute of play. Turgut Turgut took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Narciso Napier. Narciso Napier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Turgut Turgut struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Narciso Napier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gold Raiders FC. Arkın Gariboğlu made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Anibal Gergori sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th match minute, Gold Raiders FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Oblemenco to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Lomas de Zamora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Turgut came free, but Narciso Napier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Bero got free with Arkın Gariboğlu in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, Gold Raiders FC's Turgut Turgut sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Narciso Napier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Turgut in the 38th minute of play forced Lomas de Zamora FC's goalkeeper Narciso Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Ramon Robres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Turgut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Arkın Gariboğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Lomas de Zamora FC's Anibal Gergori fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 44 minutes into the match, Gold Raiders FC's Turgut Turgut sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Narciso Napier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gold Raiders FC were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Lomas de Zamora FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ertaç Budak took the corner.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turgut Turgut to make the kick off. Ertaç Budak might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Napier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ertaç Budak ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Gergori in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arkın Gariboğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Narciso Napier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Turgut Turgut in the 64th minute. Arkın Gariboğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Ghioane, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Turgut Turgut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Narciso Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rupert Hermes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Saturnino Txordon fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lomas de Zamora FC's protests and gave Saturnino Txordon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gold Raiders FC booed when Lomas de Zamora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Txordon didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Gergori in the 87th minute of play forced Gold Raiders FC's goalkeeper Arkın Gariboğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Lomas de Zamora FC's Narciso Napier got control of the ball when Turgut Turgut tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Gold Raiders FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
