Hungary's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Express the free kick. The supporters of Black Express booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Major Barna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Major Barna in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugon Drab prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Balazs Lajos succeeded in the game's 8th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Zygmunt Budarz kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Hugon Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Black Express's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Hugon Drab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugon Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hugon Drab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 44th minute of the match. After 45 minutes Black Express's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Izydor Piatek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes, Wladyslaw Bialakowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black Express and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wladyslaw Bialakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Drab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Rafal Domaradzki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Rafal Domaradzki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Setara in the 77th minute of play. Major Barna in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hugon Drab, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Izydor Piatek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Hungary were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
