Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Sachs made the kick off which started today's match. Jacobo Orland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Javier Bastian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jacobo Orland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Orland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Sugar in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Carboncito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Orland to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cosme Sugar in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 36th minute, when Carboncito's Severiano Henric after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Tommy Kahn in Germany's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 37th minute. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Bastian having to interfere. Cosme Sugar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Tommy Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Cosme Sugar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carboncito's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Sugar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 played minutes Carboncito got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Alonso. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Carboncito's Cosme Sugar in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Poz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Zeledon Esdras hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Albin Holweck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Javier Bastian. That made the score 0-1 in the 75 minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Cosme Sugar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carboncito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. When Carboncito's Cosme Sugar in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Frank Sachs charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frank Sachs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Zeledon Esdras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germany were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Carboncito's much stronger midfield.
