The FSX UNITED fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ye Wei should have stopped the shot. Okanalp Tolay was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Svend Betz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Svend Betz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Osman Ali Uzlet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, FSX UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Osman Ali Uzlet came free, but Ye Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Svend Betz in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Okanalp Tolay saved My Perfection from getting behind. Mircea Popilean hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Svend Betz might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Okanalp Tolay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Svend Betz ran back to his position shaking his head. Ye Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Ali Uzlet in the 29th minute of the match. FSX UNITED's Tancredo Landon managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gökçen Vargın in the 30 minute of the game. If Karl-Åke Kvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Osman Ali Uzlet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ye Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ye Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osman Ali Uzlet, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by FSX UNITED's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kang Jie Yin was slow to take the kick. During this time My Perfection's players had a chance to rest. Kang Jie Yin made a great header on My Perfection's corner, it was just that FSX UNITED's Ye Wei managed to reach the ball for a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Okanalp Tolay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Baesler, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Baturalp Tanacan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, My Perfection's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Salas came free, but Okanalp Tolay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ye Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Ali Uzlet in the 84th minute of the match. FSX UNITED's Ye Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osman Ali Uzlet in the 91st minute of play. Tancredo Landon's late challenge caught a My Perfection's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tancredo Landon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, FSX UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tancredo Landon to maneuver through the defense. If Osman Ali Uzlet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was My Perfection's Osman Ali Uzlet that got to make the kick off. After 99 played minutes FSX UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Zebastian Spets.
