The supporters of A4p FC Gad booed when Szczakowianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leszek Pawlik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zula Kosiorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from King Scorpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Szczakowianka defense, King Scorpio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zula Kosiorek. The Szczakowianka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zula Kosiorek should have stopped the shot. Zula Kosiorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zula Kosiorek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in A4p FC Gad fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! After 22 minutes A4p FC Gad's goalkeeper Glenn Fyfe managed, with a little bit of luck, save Donald Voldfrom's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 22nd minute, Donald Voldfrom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szczakowianka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 27th minute Daniel Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zula Kosiorek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zula Kosiorek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Berceanu in the 32nd minute of play. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Martxel in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Löfgren in the 38th minute of play forced Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Zula Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wladyslaw Magdziarz in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Glenn Fyfe saved A4p FC Gad from getting behind. King Scorpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Zula Kosiorek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Szczakowianka's Zula Kosiorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Scorpio in the 47th minute of play.
55 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Purcărete came free, but Zula Kosiorek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Leo Eguzki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glenn Fyfe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Eguzki in the 62nd minute of play. Glenn Fyfe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Eguzki in the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Wladyslaw Magdziarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glenn Fyfe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Szczakowianka reached it. Olle Olsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zula Kosiorek having to make a save. Zula Kosiorek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olle Olsson in the 81st minute. After 84 played minutes Szczakowianka got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Lain. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.
The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. A4p FC Gad's Flavius Cândroveanu started the play with his kick off. Zula Kosiorek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Cândroveanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 103rd minute, Flavius Cândroveanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. A4p FC Gad's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavius Cândroveanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zula Kosiorek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
