David Barbier took the corner. 7 minutes into the match, Jimmy Estopinal notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy Estopinal. With a little luck, France's Maxime Durand got control of the ball when Jimmy Estopinal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arias Burgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arias Burgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, C.A. GUAYACO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Obarenes to maneuver through the defense. David Barbier did an outstanding performance 21 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-1 to the right of an irritated Arias Burgo in the goal. A throw-in in the 24th minute of the game was made by Rodrigo Caborredondo with Gutierrez Castorena as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 28th minute of the match France got a corner. C.A. GUAYACO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. David Barbier ran over to the corner to take the kick. France's Remy Dupuy was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arias Burgo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, C.A. GUAYACO's Jimmy Estopinal got a free kick in the 31st minute. Maxime Durand was a little too slow when Jimmy Estopinal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-1. Camille Baume received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Arias Burgo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Henry Robiquet hit a great ball. In the 46th match minute, C.A. GUAYACO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmy Estopinal to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. Frank Peletier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arias Burgo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. When Marino Grazia came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the C.A. GUAYACO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marino Grazia couldn't finish the play. In the 55th minute, Jimmy Estopinal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A. GUAYACO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Arias Burgo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Peletier showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 59 minute of play. Arias Burgo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Camille Baume went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Gutierrez Castorena kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. C.A. GUAYACO's Agustin Pillado was substituted for Fernandez Poblaciones. After 68 played minutes C.A. GUAYACO got a freekick which was hit by Gutierrez Castorena. France's David Barbier got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 71 minutes, Jimmy Estopinal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. GUAYACO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimmy Estopinal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. GUAYACO's zone, Frank Peletier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arias Burgo came out of the goal and Frank Peletier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th match minute, C.A. GUAYACO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batista Fuica to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, C.A. GUAYACO's Arias Burgo got control of the ball when Frank Peletier tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Frank Peletier came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the France fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Peletier couldn't finish the play. Marino Grazia charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marino Grazia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, C.A. GUAYACO's Marino Grazia got a free kick in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes Camille Baume rounded C.A. GUAYACO's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-4. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Arias Burgo made a huge save. Marino Grazia struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Maxime Durand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. GUAYACO.
