Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dave Panno got the match started through his kick off. If Dave Panno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 12th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Magno Correia. Mamutes EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Barreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Viriato Moura notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Mamutes EC's Magno Correia. Magno Correia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the game, Graciano Coutinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Magno Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Mamutes EC's Dave Panno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wilson Amorim. That made the score 2-3 after 27 minutes of play. When Dave Panno came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Mamutes EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dave Panno couldn't finish the play. Dave Panno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Valério Meireles got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilson Amorim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 武岩然 hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Dave Panno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. Magno Correia came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Graciano Coutinho. But to his dismay, Graciano Coutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Magno Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 54th minute of play. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Faustino Almeida hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Dave Panno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Dave Panno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Dave Panno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mamutes EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Felipe Barreto scored to the left of an out of position Magno Correia, making the score, 2-5. 69 minutes into the match, Dave Panno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dave Panno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-5. Felipinho Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Portugal's Faustino Almeida got his second yellow card of the match in the 85th minute. The referee ordered Faustino Almeida off the ground. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Dave Panno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Mamutes EC's Dave Panno got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Portugal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
