The ФК ОВЕЧ fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when ФК ОВЕЧ's Bilyan Kraev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Bilyan Kraev was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 14th minute. ФК ОВЕЧ's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 14 minutes into the game, Vitan Sharbanov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ФК ОВЕЧ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Germany the free kick. The supporters of Germany booed when ФК ОВЕЧ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitan Sharbanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilyan Kraev in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 21st minute of play forced ФК ОВЕЧ's goalkeeper Juan Estevon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Arnulfo Sugoi could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Tommy Kahn however easily saved by the left post. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Estevon having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 23rd minute of play forced ФК ОВЕЧ's goalkeeper Juan Estevon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bilyan Kraev struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ФК ОВЕЧ. If Bilyan Kraev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, ФК ОВЕЧ's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Juan Estevon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Geno Poptodorov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ФК ОВЕЧ's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bilyan Kraev was the one to do the kick off. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Arnulfo Sugoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Arnulfo Sugoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnulfo Sugoi in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Janik Vogt hit a great ball. Arnulfo Sugoi struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ФК ОВЕЧ. 70 minutes into the game, Geno Poptodorov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Estevon having to interfere. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. ФК ОВЕЧ's Bilyan Kraev got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vitan Sharbanov hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilyan Kraev, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Geno Poptodorov struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ФК ОВЕЧ. ФК ОВЕЧ's Bilyan Kraev got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ФК ОВЕЧ had played much better football throughout.
