The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wout Weghorst's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Jaizki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After 7 played minutes 1903 Barranspor ☪ got a freekick which was hit by Ersen Cakir. In the 8th minute Abel Calvet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sacit Budak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, 1903 Barranspor ☪ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Wensing to maneuver through the defense. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Sacit Budak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save 1903 Barranspor ☪ from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Valentin Cortez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sacit Budak. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, 1903 Barranspor ☪'s goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Cortez came free, but Sacit Budak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Sacit Budak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Cortez in the 23rd minute of play. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Sacit Budak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save 1903 Barranspor ☪ from getting a goal against them. Sacit Budak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Arne Melberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Los Mega's goal looked a bit too open when Wout Weghorst came free, but Federico Jaizki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes Los Mega's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ersen Cakir who took care of the corner kick. The corner led 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Lucas Wensing to a score. 1-1 in the 40th minute. Federico Jaizki came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Wout Weghorst. But to his dismay, Wout Weghorst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Los Mega players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 1903 Barranspor ☪ were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valentin Cortez made a kick off. Valentin Cortez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Inocencio Abeitia in the 56th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Ersen Cakir. In the 60th minute 1903 Barranspor ☪ were awarded a corner. Ersen Cakir went to the cornerflag to take it. 61 minutes into the match, Los Mega's goal looked a bit too open when Wout Weghorst came free, but Federico Jaizki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62ndth minute of the game Valentin Cortez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Sacit Budak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Federico Jaizki came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Wout Weghorst. But to his dismay, Wout Weghorst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Mürsel Eğriöz was substituted for Tuğrul Yesari. 1903 Barranspor ☪ made a substitution. Ertuğrul Gazi replaced Wout Weghorst. Federico Jaizki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ertuğrul Gazi went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The corner was taken by Ertuğrul Gazi in the 78th minute. After taking down the ball on 1903 Barranspor ☪'s corner Ricard Quaresma fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Federico Jaizki quite easily take care of the ball. 80 minutes into the match, 1903 Barranspor ☪'s Ertuğrul Gazi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Federico Jaizki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Federico Jaizki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ertuğrul Gazi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 81 minute of play. After some careless play in the Los Mega defense, Ertuğrul Gazi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Jaizki. The Los Mega fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Jaizki should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 1903 Barranspor ☪ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
