Saco FC's Phillip Glerum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Garaona in the 15th minute of play. Mihály Fülep took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Phillip Glerum. Phillip Glerum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Garaona in the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Emiliano Garaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Glerum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dionisio Orland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saco FC's Phillip Glerum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Fliz in the 24th minute of play. Phillip Glerum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihály Fülep's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Saco FC's Phillip Glerum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihály Fülep in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Garaona in the 44th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Phillip Glerum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of O rey Iván booed when Saco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Cordera didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Gipuzkoa in the 47th minute of play forced O rey Iván's goalkeeper Aristides Barea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Franz Kafka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Phillip Glerum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Mihály Fülep cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Phillip Glerum was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, O rey Iván's Phillip Glerum threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mihály Fülep, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Adolfo Gipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. O rey Iván made a substitution. Ivan Lizar replaced Mihály Fülep. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter-Jan De Brouwer in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aristides Barea saved O rey Iván from getting behind. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by O rey Iván's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chris Dhaussy was slow to take the kick. During this time Saco FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Chris Dhaussy almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but O rey Iván's Aristides Barea did a great save. In the 66th minute Ivan Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Glerum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Venancio Reynardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. O rey Iván's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saco FC the free kick. In the 67th match minute, O rey Iván was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Reynardo to maneuver through the defense. Aristides Barea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Gipuzkoa in the 69th minute of play. Phillip Glerum made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franz Kafka in the 71st minute. Ivan Lizar might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Phillip Glerum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivan Lizar ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Saco FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Arrigo Rossi hit a great ball. Chris Dhaussy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aristides Barea. O rey Iván's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Phillip Glerum made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Ivan Lizar sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivan Lizar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Phillip Glerum. That made the score 0-6 in the 89 minute of play. Augusto Fliz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. O rey Iván's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 93rd minute Ivan Lizar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Glerum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Lizar made a great header on O rey Iván's corner, it was just that Saco FC's Phillip Glerum managed to reach the ball for a save. Phillip Glerum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Lizar in the 95th minute of play. When the match was over O rey Iván could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Saco FC throughout the match.
