The crowd rose to their feet as Oséias Palmeira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leonides Kaiet. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Trapiche's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Palmeira came free, but Leonides Kaiet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trapiche's Leonides Kaiet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Trapiche from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Oséias Palmeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonides Kaiet was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Guaberto Betadur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Trapiche's Honorio Ongile got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Oséias Palmeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Luís Fabiano Leão put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leonides Kaiet. Oséias Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 played minutes, Trapiche's Pedro Pasculli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Miguel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trapiche reached it. In the 94thth minute of the game Gernando Pernambucano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trapiche's Leonides Kaiet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Borussia Dortmund MZB players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
