Mazarópi Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Flores in the 24th minute of play. Carlos Coelho was a little too slow when Kadri Tuncal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 3-1. Graciano Flores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mazarópi Barros having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Graciano Flores stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Campus Douro Academy got a freekick which was hit by Sálvio Baldaia. Carlos Coelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredinho Negri, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Carlos Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexsandro da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When . Campus Douro Academy's Sálvio Baldaia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 80th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mazarópi Barros but with some difficulty. Carlos Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredinho Negri in the 85th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alfredinho Negri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Coelho was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 89 minutes into the game, .
