In the 4th minute, Ascencio Canado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvain Labrouche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iago Bala in the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute America Futebol Clube SP were awarded a corner. Dreas Jamieson went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Fabiano Monteiro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 11th minute Henry Ritter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Rasiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iago Bala in the 14th minute of play forced GOMEZ F.C.'s goalkeeper Silvain Labrouche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Iago Bala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvain Labrouche was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 21 minutes into the game, America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvain Labrouche made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Iago Bala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonatan Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Stefan Rasiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dreas Jamieson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvain Labrouche having to interfere. Stefan Rasiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Ritter in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of America Futebol Clube SP booed when GOMEZ F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ascencio Canado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Iago Bala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

America Futebol Clube SP's Jeronimo Rico was substituted for Iago Bala. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Rico to make the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Jeronimo Rico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GOMEZ F.C.'s Silvain Labrouche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Rico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvain Labrouche. GOMEZ F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Rico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. America Futebol Clube SP's Maksymilian Sobczak was substituted for Fabiano Monteiro. In the 68th match minute, GOMEZ F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Chaime to maneuver through the defense. Silvain Labrouche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeronimo Rico's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Rico notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of GOMEZ F.C.'s Silvain Labrouche. Silvain Labrouche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, GOMEZ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Rico came free, but Silvain Labrouche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match America Futebol Clube SP got a corner. GOMEZ F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maksymilian Sobczak ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the referee ended the match the America Futebol Clube SP players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
