After 27 played minutes, ZEZOM TEAM's Xavier Sabrosa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pankracy Zajonc came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ZEZOM TEAM reached it. Enzo Morais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Yuan Yuan in the 31st minute of play. Nicolas Balsemão hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Armando Mascarenhas made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Adolfo Azeari. In the 35th minute Adolfo Azeari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Zajonc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute, Xavier Sabrosa made a precise shot to the right of Pankracy Zajonc. MZ Fénix's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Cai Yuan Yuan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Vladimiro Granja kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Sabrosa in the 56th minute of play forced MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Pankracy Zajonc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xavier Sabrosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Pankracy Zajonc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Teves in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Zajonc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Joaquim Teves sped through MZ Fénix's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pankracy Zajonc. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Pankracy Zajonc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquim Teves. MZ Fénix's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aras Görkem Kaymaz in the 84th minute. The corner led MZ Fénix's Aras Görkem Kaymaz to fire away a dangerous shot which Enzo Morais despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. MZ Fénix's Pankracy Zajonc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save MZ Fénix from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Pankracy Zajonc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Lázaro Ramalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched ZEZOM TEAM eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
