After a rather tough play, Grimório's Tõnis Kaldvee got a free kick in the 11th minute. Wawrzyniec Niedziela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon-Egil Schjelderup, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalle Billberg in the 20th minute of play forced Grimório's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeng Xu Yuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Wawrzyniec Niedziela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match Poetass FC got a corner. Grimório's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cleiton Carioca ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan to fire away a dangerous shot which Wawrzyniec Niedziela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's Kalle Billberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wawrzyniec Niedziela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kalle Billberg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Grimório's Wawrzyniec Niedziela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Grimório from getting a goal against them. Zeng Xu Yuans short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Wawrzyniec Niedziela to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Poetass FC booed when Grimório was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ragnar Lemmik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleiton Carioca, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Grimório's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Brysz came free, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alo Ülipikk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Moisés Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wawrzyniec Niedziela made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Zeng Xu Yuan sent off a good shot on target. Moisés Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alo Ülipikk in the 68th minute of the match. When Poetass FC's Zeng Xu Yuan in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grimório's goalie prevented a goal. In the 80th match minute, Grimório was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tõnis Kaldvee to maneuver through the defense. Grimório made a substitution. Jack Walroth replaced Tõnis Kaldvee. Poetass FC made a substitution. Váldson Miranda replaced Cleiton Carioca. After some careless play in the Poetass FC defense, Kajar Püss kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moisés Arruda. The Poetass FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moisés Arruda should have stopped the shot. Wawrzyniec Niedziela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Grimório's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Niedziela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kalle Billberg. After a defensive mix-up in Grimório's zone, Váldson Miranda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wawrzyniec Niedziela came out of the goal and Váldson Miranda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sérgio Maciel fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grimório's protests and gave Sérgio Maciel a yellow card for diving instead. Kalle Billberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wawrzyniec Niedziela having to interfere. In the 97th minute Zeng Xu Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Poetass FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grimório.
