Clark Kent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Dijoux in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Alex Dijoux made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Alex Dijoux's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Balazs Lajos hit a great ball. Zorros del Desierto's Zenaido Oviedo was substituted for Lance Kuch. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sebastián Roco ran over to the corner to take the kick. Szekeres Tamas tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Fodor Daniel. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-1 in the 96th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Zorros del Desierto were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
