One of Croatia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Krtolcina FK:s goal. Croatia:s Ilija Skugor showed great skill when he stopped Zuhejr Selaković:s penalty. 15 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Zuhejr Selaković came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Šećer Demirović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zuhejr Selaković was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Krtolcina FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Krtolcina FK's Zuhejr Selaković slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilija Skugor. That made the score 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. 24 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Šećer Demirović. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zuhejr Selaković in the 25th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Šećer Demirović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nebojša Krajišnik went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zuhejr Selaković went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Krtolcina FK booed when Croatia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. The wind increased when Zuhejr Selaković made the kick off in the second half. Patrik Terzic hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Šećer Demirović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 minutes of play, Krtolcina FK's Nebojša Krajišnik made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilija Skugor was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Zuhejr Selaković in the 64th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Zuhejr Selaković came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krtolcina FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Šećer Demirović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilija Skugor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Krtolcina FK's Zuhejr Selaković. But to his dismay, Zuhejr Selaković quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Ace Bučan took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. 91 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Šećer Demirović came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nebojša Krajišnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Ace Bučan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. Krtolcina FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
