Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Conan Shields made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 7th minute of play. Conan Shields showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Clapham Comets F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led Hungary's Takacs Tibor to fire away a dangerous shot which Conan Shields despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Conan Shields showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Takacs Tibor came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Takacs Tibor couldn't finish the play. Conan Shields stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Major Barna's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. In the 32nd minute, Balazs Lajos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Clapham Comets F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Conan Shields reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piers Nethercot who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Fodor Daniel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conan Shields was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Clapham Comets F.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Wesley Ricketts hit a great ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Piers Nethercot made a kick off. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Conan Shields didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Conan Shields came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Leigh Case received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Conan Shields proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Clapham Comets F.C. from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Conan Shields, 1-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre Fitzsymon during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes Clapham Comets F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pierre Fitzsymon. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Conan Shields made a huge save. Balazs Lajos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Conan Shields skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Conan Shields took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hegedus Henrik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Antal Valentin sped through Clapham Comets F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Conan Shields. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piers Nethercot in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Clapham Comets F.C.'s zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conan Shields came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Hungary's Major Barna in 86 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Conan Shields guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Conan Shields was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Takacs Tibor capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Takacs Tibor really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. Antal Valentin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Conan Shields skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
