If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 4 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 8th minute of play forced New England Patriots's goalkeeper Gerrit Hardering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. New England Patriots's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. 12 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gerrit Hardering was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robertinho Teodorowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nelsinho Paulista in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 19th minute of play forced New England Patriots's goalkeeper Gerrit Hardering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 21st match minute, New England Patriots was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robertinho Teodorowski to maneuver through the defense. Gerrit Hardering didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Major Barna went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. New England Patriots's Nelsinho Paulista couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Hungary. Gerrit Hardering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takacs Tibor in the 37th minute of the match. New England Patriots's Gerrit Hardering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 40th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Avramovski during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robertinho Teodorowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New England Patriots's Gerrit Hardering proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save New England Patriots from getting a goal against them. A collision led to New England Patriots getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Cássio Queiroz hit a great ball. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
