Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Juliusz Dzierwa took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cezary Sitko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot from short distance in the 2nd minute. In the 10th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Sitko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cezary Sitko saved MKS Mazur Ełk from getting behind. After 21 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cezary Sitko was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the match, MKS Mazur Ełk's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Cezary Sitko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cezary Sitko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MKS Mazur Ełk made a substitution. Boleslaw Charlap replaced Patryk Dziczek. If Wieslaw Zawacki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cezary Sitko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 39th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cezary Sitko. Cezary Sitko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wieslaw Zawacki got free with Arnout Reekers in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Netherlands booed when MKS Mazur Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Bitănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Netherlands were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. If Juliusz Dzierwa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gust Ennemans to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the game, Lars Meesters cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Cezary Sitko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. MKS Mazur Ełk made a substitution. Teobald Gregorczyk replaced Mehmet Hamdi Yavuzay. Cezary Sitko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cezary Sitko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MKS Mazur Ełk's David Bitănescu got a free kick in the 70th minute. MKS Mazur Ełk's Ignacy Marajda was substituted for Juliusz Dzierwa. A collision led to MKS Mazur Ełk getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. David Bitănescu hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Cezary Sitko to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Cezary Sitko successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Cezary Sitko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Boleslaw Charlap fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MKS Mazur Ełk's protests and gave Boleslaw Charlap a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, MKS Mazur Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boleslaw Charlap to maneuver through the defense. David Bitănescu's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Bitănescu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, MKS Mazur Ełk's David Bitănescu got a free kick in the 81st minute. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 86th minute, when Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Cezary Sitko in MKS Mazur Ełk's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. 90 minutes had been played when some careless play by MKS Mazur Ełk's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. David Eikelkamp made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that MKS Mazur Ełk's Cezary Sitko managed to reach the ball for a save. Netherlands played a much better game than MKS Mazur Ełk and deserved their victory. The MKS Mazur Ełk players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
