Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiaan Elsen in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eser Şemsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joop Mesmaeckers in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Cuelens came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Christiaan Elsen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jerom Van Landschoot kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ray Van Aarschot hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eser Şemsi saved All Stars Gent from getting behind. Ray Van Aarschot hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. All Stars Gent's Eser Şemsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 32nd minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, All Stars Gent's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Eser Şemsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. In the 51st minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eser Şemsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Meesterss short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Eser Şemsi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 53 minutes into the match, All Stars Gent's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Eser Şemsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiaan Elsen in the 54th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All Stars Gent's Christiaan Elsen got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michael Cuelens hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Eser Şemsi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Christiaan Elsen came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on All Stars Gent's corner Christiaan Elsen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnout Reekers quite easily take care of the ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Eser Şemsi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. If Lars Meesters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All Stars Gent's Michael Cuelens got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eser Şemsi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Lars Meesters got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 94th match minute, All Stars Gent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esterilla Van Meenen to maneuver through the defense. When Egbert Nijveldt fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Netherlands's protests and gave Egbert Nijveldt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, Egbert Nijveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, All Stars Gent could leave the field as winners, despite Netherlands having more of the ball for most of the match.
