Damian Maftei started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Esmeraldas S.C. getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Damian Maftei hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Zhuang Bang Wei managed to get in a good position for a shot. !HalaMadrid!'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zhuang Bang Wei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aguinaga Nebot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by İbrahim Volkan in the 6th minute of play forced !HalaMadrid!'s goalkeeper Ruperto Santio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aguinaga Nebot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhuang Bang Wei in the 8th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Damian Maftei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhuang Bang Wei in the 15th minute of play forced Esmeraldas S.C.'s goalkeeper Aguinaga Nebot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Maftei in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Santio saved !HalaMadrid! from getting behind. In the 19th minute Damian Maftei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Santio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İbrahim Volkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Witalis Treppa got free with Aguinaga Nebot in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Esmeraldas S.C.'s attentive Damian Maftei managed to snatch the ball when Boruc Rostow made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Ruperto Santio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefanos Terzopoulos in the 27th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, !HalaMadrid!'s goal looked a bit too open when Damian Maftei came free, but Ruperto Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esmeraldas S.C. were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after !HalaMadrid!'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niki Borda took the corner. 38 minutes into the match, !HalaMadrid!'s goal looked a bit too open when İbrahim Volkan came free, but Ruperto Santio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruperto Santio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İbrahim Volkan's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Loud Deeth hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Aguinaga Nebot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boruc Rostow in the 65th minute of the match. Radomil Oliszewski kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Niki Borda got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aguinaga Nebot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Fenigsen in the 71st minute of the match. Jurand Jandryca kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, !HalaMadrid!'s Marcin Kocieniewski got a free kick in the 77th minute. With a little luck, !HalaMadrid!'s Ruperto Santio got control of the ball when Niki Borda tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Niki Borda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ruperto Santio. Niki Borda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. After 81 minutes of play, Esmeraldas S.C.'s Damian Maftei made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Santio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruperto Santio made an important save on a dangerous shot by İbrahim Volkan in the 84th minute. Damian Maftei did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Ruperto Santio 90 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Esmeraldas S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Treppa came free, but Aguinaga Nebot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachariasz Ptaszek in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aguinaga Nebot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 97 minutes into the match, !HalaMadrid!'s goalkeeper Ruperto Santio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damian Maftei.
