Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Takacs Tibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Browall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 9th minute of play forced Söderbröder's goalkeeper Björn Browall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Ingmar Törnblom scored to the left of an out of position Fodor Daniel, making the score, 1-0. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingmar Törnblom in the 22nd minute of play. Björn Browall came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Björn Browall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Björn Browall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balazs Lajos in the 32nd minute of the match. When Kristoffer Tingelholm fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Söderbröder's protests and gave Kristoffer Tingelholm a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Kristoffer Tingelholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Björn Browall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. Major Barna was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 52nd minute. Hungary's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Björn Browall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Söderbröder got a freekick which was hit by Sonny Vik. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björn Browall made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 74 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Hungary booed when Söderbröder was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Tinglöv didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes Söderbröder got a freekick which was hit by Niclas Tinglöv. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 87th minute of play forced Söderbröder's goalkeeper Björn Browall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Browall made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 95th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
