Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Meadow Village's Alex Lundkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute of the match, Frans Valrot tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnout Reekers saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Ahlrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Evert Ahlrot tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Netherlands's Wim Wilmes in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meadow Village's goalie prevented a goal. Bas Tuitert kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Meadow Village's Jarbas Sabóia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Arnout Reekers but with some difficulty. In the 27th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Lundkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Meadow Village's Jarbas Sabóia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Lundkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 30th minute of play. Alex Lundkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Eikelkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38th play minutes Evert Ahlrot shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Arnout Reekers and just under the crossbar into goal. If Frans Valrot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Meadow Village's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Alex Lundkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evert Ahlrot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 53rd minute of the match. Mathijn Doctor hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Svante Matsson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Lundkvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Frans Valrot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meadow Village's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frans Valrot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Meadow Village getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Israel Polak hit a great ball. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Meadow Village's Evert Ahlrot. But to his dismay, Evert Ahlrot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Meadow Village made a substitution. Kurt Almqvist replaced Frans Valrot. In the 82nd match minute, Meadow Village was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Almqvist to maneuver through the defense. Alex Lundkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Meadow Village's Jarbas Sabóia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Meadow Village's Jarbas Sabóia got a free kick in the 91st minute. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Alex Lundkvist made a huge save. Alex Lundkvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wim Wilmes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 94 minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Netherlands players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Meadow Village.
