The corner led FC Hackspett U21's Edvard Klemensson to fire away a dangerous shot which Paco Zamora despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The throw-in from Magnus Grubb in the 97th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by RB Chubut's Tadeo Suarez. The score was 2-2 after 90 minutes, which forced the match into extra-time.

104 minutes into the match, RB Chubut's Fabian Jerrald sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joachim Holmgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paco Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Brenner in the 111th minute of the match. Niles Moran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 114th minute of the match, but Joachim Holmgren made a huge save.
