Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Phenomenals FC's Fodil Mansouri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Camille Baume hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Fodil Mansouri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxime Durand. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fodil Mansouri, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Phenomenals FC were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jean-Michel Nicolleau took the corner. Phenomenals FC's Jean-Michel Nicolleau was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maxime Durand in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 11 minutes into the match, Stelios Ciobica dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maxime Durand, 2-0. 13 minutes into the game, Frank Peletier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Halim Kader was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Quentin Beaux hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The supporters of Phenomenals FC booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camille Baume didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fodil Mansouri's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 33 minutes into the game, Fodil Mansouri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Maxime Durand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Robert Chapuis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fodil Mansouri in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Fodil Mansouri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Phenomenals FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fodil Mansouri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxime Durand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The wind increased when Frank Peletier made the kick off in the second half. Stelios Ciobica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute Fodil Mansouri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fodil Mansouri in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maxime Durand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fodil Mansouri went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Phenomenals FC made a substitution. Ray Philpott replaced Belmadi Belkheir. Fodil Mansouri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Fodil Mansouri came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, David Barbier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. France's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Barbier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fodil Mansouri, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Halim Kader tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Michel Nicolleau, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The Phenomenals FC fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Phenomenals FC's Fodil Mansouri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Camille Baume hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Fodil Mansouri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fodil Mansouri in the 86th minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th match minute, France was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Chapuis to maneuver through the defense. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Phenomenals FC's Fodil Mansouri. But to his dismay, Fodil Mansouri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Frank Peletier hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. If Marcin Danisiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Phenomenals FC's zone, Camille Baume stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halim Kader came out of the goal and Camille Baume tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Halim Kader in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. France's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
