Switzerland's Samuele Kunz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fodil Mansouri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 minutes, Fodil Mansouri made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fodil Mansouri. A sloppy throw-in by Marcin Danisiewicz in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer. Marcin Danisiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Fodil Mansouri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fodil Mansouri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Timo Siegmund fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Switzerland's protests and gave Timo Siegmund a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Timo Siegmund. Marcin Danisiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. Timo Siegmund hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A hard shot 28 in the game by Fodil Mansouri from a close distance when the talented Hias Nüssli managed to make a qualified save. Switzerland's players were relieved. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Switzerland from getting a goal against them. Hias Nüssli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jean-Michel Nicolleau showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. Jean-Michel Nicolleau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fridolin Neumeister's late challenge caught a Phenomenals FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fridolin Neumeister helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Phenomenals FC booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fridolin Neumeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 played minutes Phenomenals FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Danisiewicz. In the 41st minute, Phenomenals FC's Fodil Mansouri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcin Danisiewicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hias Nüssli. That made the score 6-0 in the 44 minute of play. In the 47th minute, Phenomenals FC's Fodil Mansouri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

After 57 played minutes, Phenomenals FC's Ahmed Cohen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hias Nüssli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Phenomenals FC reached it. In the 59th match minute, Switzerland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Levi von Herren to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Fodil Mansouri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hias Nüssli. Switzerland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fodil Mansouri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fodil Mansouri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Fodil Mansouri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hias Nüssli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 69 minutes Switzerland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jean-Michel Nicolleau who took care of the corner kick. In the 69th match minute, Phenomenals FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Cohen to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 75 minutes Switzerland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jean-Michel Nicolleau who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Stelios Ciobica almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Switzerland's Hias Nüssli did a great save. Fridolin Neumeister hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Fodil Mansouri took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Fodil Mansouri sped through Switzerland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. 86 minutes into the match, Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Halim Kader narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Fodil Mansouri came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean-Michel Nicolleau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcin Danisiewicz, made in the 93rd minute of the game. There was no doubt that Phenomenals FC were the better team. Phenomenals FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
