After 2 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Frands Thygelund. After having played for 3 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Songur Yoran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when John Forsberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songur Yoran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arsenal FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Hungary fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Hungary's Antal Valentin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Songur Yoran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Hungary booed when Arsenal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Einar Hedström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Songur Yoran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antal Valentin scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Songur Yoran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Hodyl to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Stefan Hodyl made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute Stefan Hodyl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Songur Yoran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 59th minute. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Arsenal FC's Songur Yoran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal FC from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute, Hungary's Major Barna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Songur Yoran. Songur Yoran yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Einar Hedström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Songur Yoran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal FC's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Songur Yoran came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Takacs Tibor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hegedus Henrik hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Arsenal FC's John Forsberg tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Hodyl, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
