Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fausto Pinti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Fausto Pinti sent off a good shot on target. Malte Schiele's late challenge caught a Eurospeed Asti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malte Schiele helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Germany's Malte Schiele got a free kick in the 15th minute. When Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. If Antonello Tofani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti. But to his dismay, Fausto Pinti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 30th minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Pinti in the 36th minute of the match. After 36 minutes of play, Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 43rd minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 47th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Damiano Battisti made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. Damiano Battisti was a little too slow when Albin Holweck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 4-1. After 60 played minutes Eurospeed Asti got a freekick which was hit by Elia Pietrantoni. When Chris Mergenthaler fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Chris Mergenthaler a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 64th minute of play. Albin Holweck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damiano Battisti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Eurospeed Asti's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
