Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stamatis Zindros to make the kick off. Aimar Aimar scored 0-7 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aggelos Fytanidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th minute, Stamatis Zindros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GREEK ARMY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. If Moisés Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute.
