The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Leripe Lifestyle getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Fedele Cicchinelli hit a great ball. João Paulista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tin Santamaria in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Tin Santamaria came free, but João Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Durvalino Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leripe Lifestyle's supporters rose to their feet, but Durvalino Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ortíz Relloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Laerte Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CANTERANOS DMS's Ortíz Relloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauã Munhoz in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Leripe Lifestyle getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Fedele Cicchinelli hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tin Santamaria in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Paulista saved Leripe Lifestyle from getting behind. Ortíz Relloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th match minute, Leripe Lifestyle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Fabinho Silveira put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ortíz Relloso. Cauã Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Chiriboga Campuzano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but João Paulista made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tin Santamaria made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Leripe Lifestyle got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Figueiredo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tin Santamaria in the 53rd minute of play forced Leripe Lifestyle's goalkeeper João Paulista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CANTERANOS DMS's Ortíz Relloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save CANTERANOS DMS from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute, Romulo Tarin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ysmael Golpe kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ortíz Relloso was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Fedele Cicchinelli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fedele Cicchinelli really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Durvalino Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ortíz Relloso having to interfere. In the 77th minute Tin Santamaria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dale Perkins fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leripe Lifestyle's protests and gave Dale Perkins a yellow card for diving instead. 81 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goalkeeper Ortíz Relloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cauã Munhoz. After some careless play in the Leripe Lifestyle defense, Tin Santamaria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Paulista. The Leripe Lifestyle fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Paulista should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, CANTERANOS DMS's Ortíz Relloso got control of the ball when Fabinho Silveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Romulo Tarin hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Ortíz Relloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fedele Cicchinelli in the 95th minute. The CANTERANOS DMS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Leripe Lifestyle were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
