The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jimmy Hollants during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jimmy Hollants kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Kasimir Salusaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alin Cucerdean, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 36th minute of the match, Rein Raun tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dinu Cănănău saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 42nd match minute, UFC Veseud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Chiose to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Fc Urva United's Ivan Zamorano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dinu Cănănău narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alin Cucerdean made a kick off. Hugo Haljas hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Gilberto Jaunti charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilberto Jaunti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andrei Chiose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Kasimir Salusaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. UFC Veseud's Dinu Cănănău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rein Raun in the 68th minute of play. Andrei Chiose received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Kasimir Salusaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinu Cănănău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Zamorano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Zamorano scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dinu Cănănău, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alin Cucerdean might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kasimir Salusaar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alin Cucerdean ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute Hugo Haljas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Cănănău saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Fc Urva United had won after a very even match.
