The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bogdan Noworolnik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themos Batiropoulos having to interfere. When Nikos Tatsis fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GREEK ARMY's protests and gave Nikos Tatsis a yellow card for diving instead. Themos Batiropoulos was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Bogdan Noworolnik capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bogdan Noworolnik really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 18th minute Albert Turdeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themos Batiropoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nikos Tatsis kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Themos Batiropoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Noworolnik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Noworolnik in the 28th minute of play forced GREEK ARMY's goalkeeper Themos Batiropoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GREEK ARMY's Themos Batiropoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save GREEK ARMY from getting a goal against them. In the 32ndth minute of the game Bogdan Noworolnik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GREEK ARMY's Themos Batiropoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match Bogdan Noworolnik climbed in front of goal and pressed up 4-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Themos Batiropoulos. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Turdeanu was the one to do the kick off. If Bogdan Noworolnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 minutes of play, Buffalo Timişoara's Bogdan Noworolnik made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Themos Batiropoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Bogdan Noworolnik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Themos Batiropoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Albert Turdeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69thth minute of the game Bogdan Noworolnik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GREEK ARMY's Themos Batiropoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Bogdan Noworolnik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Themos Batiropoulos was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Bogdan Noworolnik sped through GREEK ARMY's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Themos Batiropoulos. 75 minutes into the game, Victor Neicu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buffalo Timişoara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GREEK ARMY the free kick. After a rather tough play, Buffalo Timişoara's Victor Neicu got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute, Bogdan Noworolnik made a precise shot to the right of Themos Batiropoulos. GREEK ARMY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. After 86th play minutes Albert Turdeanu shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Themos Batiropoulos and just under the crossbar into goal. Themos Batiropoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Noworolnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Themos Batiropoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Noworolnik in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Bogdan Noworolnik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GREEK ARMY's Themos Batiropoulos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Magno Dantas put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Buffalo Timişoara fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Buffalo Timişoara had won after a very even match.
