Todd Crampton kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Diego Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichol Clark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Kléber Pineros notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of BES MUDI BANDITS's Carl Sparrow. Carl Sparrow was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nichol Clark charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nichol Clark the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes BES MUDI BANDITS got a freekick which was hit by Nichol Clark. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tin Santamaria in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Sparrow saved BES MUDI BANDITS from getting behind. 20 minutes into the game, CANTERANOS DMS's Tin Santamaria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carl Sparrow made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Carl Sparrow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Pineros in the 24th minute of the match. CANTERANOS DMS's Diego Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save CANTERANOS DMS from getting a goal against them. A collision led to BES MUDI BANDITS getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Nichol Clark hit a great ball. Tin Santamaria took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carl Sparrow. Carl Sparrow dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The audience was convinced that Tin Santamaria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Sparrow was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nichol Clark to make the kick off. Tin Santamarias short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Carl Sparrow to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. BES MUDI BANDITS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Chiriboga Campuzano scored to the left of an out of position Carl Sparrow, making the score, 0-5. Diego Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otto Clist in the 63rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Otto Clist sped through CANTERANOS DMS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Diego Kahn. 66 minutes into the match, CANTERANOS DMS's goal looked a bit too open when Stewart Watson came free, but Diego Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 played minutes BES MUDI BANDITS got a freekick which was hit by Todd Crampton. In the 68th minute, Reyes Pescaredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Ysmael Golpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edwardo Mueller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute, Bran Anievas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of BES MUDI BANDITS booed when CANTERANOS DMS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bran Anievas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CANTERANOS DMS's zone, Edwardo Mueller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Kahn came out of the goal and Edwardo Mueller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichol Clark in the 82nd minute of play. Diego Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stewart Watson went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the game, CANTERANOS DMS's Chiriboga Campuzano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carl Sparrow made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. Diego Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Todd Crampton in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to BES MUDI BANDITS getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Otto Clist hit a great ball. The CANTERANOS DMS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CANTERANOS DMS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
