Norbert Major sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastião Xoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Kempski in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Norbert Major shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klaas Dejonghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norbert Major who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Klaas Dejonghe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 12th minute, Norbert Major made a precise shot to the right of Klaas Dejonghe. Wariatów Kupa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 16th minute Pogoń Szczecin were awarded a corner. Conrado Donzel went to the cornerflag to take it. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Wariatów Kupa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Conrado Donzel was slow to take the kick. During this time Pogoń Szczecin's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Pogoń Szczecin's Conrado Donzel to fire away a dangerous shot which Klaas Dejonghe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sebastião Xoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszko Kempski in the 19th minute of play. If Norbert Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Norbert Major kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Klaas Dejonghe. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. Sebastião Xoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Sochacki in the 33rd minute of the match. Pogoń Szczecin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Conrado Donzel in the 38th minute. Pogoń Szczecin's Conrado Donzel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Klaas Dejonghe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sebastião Xoxe came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Wariatów Kupa's Zbyszko Kempski. But to his dismay, Zbyszko Kempski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Wariatów Kupa's Teodor Ivănescu was substituted for Svetomir Kostić.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norbert Major made a kick off. With an all-out effort, Wariatów Kupa's Sebastião Xoxe threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maciej Ligas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 57th minute, Norbert Major left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogoń Szczecin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 62 played minutes Wariatów Kupa got a freekick which was hit by Xu Ming Ning. Wariatów Kupa's Klaas Dejonghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Major in the 63rd minute of play. Klaas Dejonghe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Major's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Klaas Dejonghe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Pogoń Szczecin from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Norbert Major sped through Wariatów Kupa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Klaas Dejonghe. If Norbert Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wariatów Kupa's Klaas Dejonghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Major in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Manos Trachanas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastião Xoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Sochacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wariatów Kupa's Klaas Dejonghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Major in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute Norbert Major shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klaas Dejonghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Pogoń Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manos Trachanas to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Manos Trachanas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zbyszko Kempski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Xoxe having to interfere. A hard shot 95 in the game by Zbyszko Kempski from a close distance when the talented Sebastião Xoxe managed to make a qualified save. Pogoń Szczecin's players were relieved. Klaas Dejonghe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Major in the 97th minute of play.
