In the 6th minute, Osvaldinho Lewandowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wariatów Kupa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Torrey Molloy might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Klaas Dejonghe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torrey Molloy ran back to his position shaking his head. Klaas Dejonghe made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Torrey Molloy sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Klaas Dejonghe managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when 1948 MKS's Torrey Molloy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 17th minute Zbyszko Kempski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torrey Molloy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klaas Dejonghe having to make a save. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Ligas in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldinho Lewandowski in the 26th minute of play forced 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torrey Molloy in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klaas Dejonghe saved Wariatów Kupa from getting behind. Ter Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszko Kempski in the 34th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Wariatów Kupa's zone, Torrey Molloy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klaas Dejonghe came out of the goal and Torrey Molloy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Klaas Dejonghe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torrey Molloy in the 38th minute. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Sochacki in the 43rd minute of the match.

Wariatów Kupa made a substitution. Teodor Ivănescu replaced Svetomir Kostić. Wariatów Kupa's Klaas Dejonghe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torrey Molloy in the 53rd minute of play. Osvaldinho Lewandowskis short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Ter Stegen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 58 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldinho Lewandowski came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikolaj Sochacki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Torrey Molloy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arnold McDecland, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldinho Lewandowski in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ter Stegen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to 1948 MKS getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Arnold McDecland hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Wariatów Kupa's goal looked a bit too open when Torrey Molloy came free, but Klaas Dejonghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Krzysztof Sidorowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's Torrey Molloy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Klaas Dejonghe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Wariatów Kupa's Maciej Ligas in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1948 MKS's goalie prevented a goal. Torrey Molloy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
