Pretorianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severiano Artaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albin Holweck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Idacio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severiano Artaldo in the 15th minute. Pretorianos FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Severiano Artaldo took the corner. Malte Schiele thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Tommy Kahn, a very annoying self made goal in the 16th minute which led to 1-0. Victorino Loren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tostão Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Artaldo in the 30th minute of the match. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Pretorianos FC's Tostão Ceresso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 37 minutes into the match, Pretorianos FC's Tostão Ceresso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Ceresso in the 41st minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Tostão Ceresso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Pretorianos FC's Tostão Ceresso. But to his dismay, Tostão Ceresso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tostão Ceresso went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute Primitivo Neron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Tostão Ceresso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. If Delmiro Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tostão Ceresso in the 74th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Germany were furious when Sven Krakouer was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Germany:s Tommy Kahn showed great skill when he stopped Santiago Valery:s penalty. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Tostão Ceresso struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pretorianos FC.
