Gong Chao Ke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gong Chao Ke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Daniel Chaves made a huge save. 7 minutes into the game, David Stenkvist threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ogro F.C.'s Patrick Matorin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Gong Chao Ke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Chaves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Daniel Chaves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Chao Ke's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute Ogro F.C. were awarded a corner. Alex Van Halen went to the cornerflag to take it. 13 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Idalécio Baldaia came free, but Alysson Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gong Chao Ke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 14 minutes into the match, Dragões Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Daniel Chaves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gong Chao Ke. 15 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s Gong Chao Ke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Chaves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 17 minutes Dragões Barbudos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alex Van Halen who took care of the corner kick. 17 minutes into the match, Mai Yi Xu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Dragões Barbudos FC's Daniel Chaves. Daniel Chaves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Daniel Chaves managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Ogro F.C.'s Gong Chao Ke fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Gong Chao Ke put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Daniel Chaves. The nice shot from Gong Chao Ke in the 22ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Daniel Chaves had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. A hard shot 23 in the game by Gong Chao Ke from a close distance when the talented Daniel Chaves managed to make a qualified save. Dragões Barbudos FC's players were relieved. Daniel Chaves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 36 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s Gong Chao Ke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Chaves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ogro F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alex Van Halen in the 38th minute. Daniel Chaves made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Gong Chao Ke sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute, David Stenkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gong Chao Ke who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Chaves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gong Chao Ke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Ogro F.C.'s Gong Chao Ke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 60th minute Gong Chao Ke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Idalécio Baldaia got free with Alysson Rezende in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 65 minutes into the game, David Stenkvist threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ogro F.C.'s Patrick Matorin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some careless play in the Dragões Barbudos FC defense, Gong Chao Ke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Chaves. The Dragões Barbudos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Chaves should have stopped the shot. Ogro F.C.'s Dan Zimmermann was substituted for Thomas Lang. Daniel Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Zimmermann in the 72nd minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Ogro F.C.'s Gong Chao Ke nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
