Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alfonso Mejias took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lars Meesters kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ivo Tropchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfonso Mejias took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 15th minute, Yu Tian Yan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Alfonso Mejias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Johnny Van Havent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnny Van Havent, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Netherlands's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yu Tian Yan took the corner. After 37 minutes of play, TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s Johnny Van Havent made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s Behiç Üster pulled a muscle in his back after 41 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. David Eikelkamp hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s Yu Tian Yan tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 46 played minutes TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - got a freekick which was hit by Birdal Açıkel. In the 48th match minute, TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birdal Açıkel to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s goalkeeper Ivo Tropchev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özgür Onur in the 58th minute of play. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Gust Ennemans. Gustaaf Groeneveldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivo Tropchev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Onur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivo Tropchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ivo Tropchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Ivo Tropchev successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 89th minute, David Eikelkamp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lars Meesters came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Meesters couldn't finish the play. A collision led to TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Erkut Uram hit a great ball. After 98 played minutes, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivo Tropchev came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Netherlands reached it. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - were victorious despite being under pressure from Netherlands for much of the match.
