Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frankie Gunn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hungary's Antal Valentin in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brooklyn SC's goalie prevented a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's Eddie Zamora sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brooklyn SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Major Barna managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd rose to their feet as Brooklyn SC's Mano Loco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. In the 26th minute, Major Barna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddie Zamora. Frankie Gunn came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Brooklyn SC's Frankie Gunn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 35th minute of play. In the 41st minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frankie Gunn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eddie Zamora was slow to take the kick. During this time Brooklyn SC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Brooklyn SC's corner Eddie Zamora fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mano Loco was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Mano Loco came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mano Loco in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a free kick in the 55th minute. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mano Loco in the 57th minute of the match. Elliot Whitley kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frankie Gunn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Zamora in the 69th minute of the match. Mano Loco struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brooklyn SC. Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Frankie Gunn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 80th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Frankie Gunn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Goode to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Brooklyn SC's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frankie Gunn came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
