Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jarūnas Kuliešius made the kick off which started today's match. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarūnas Kuliešius in the 3rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Jarūnas Kuliešius put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Wilson Amorim. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 12th minute of play forced FC Alytus United's goalkeeper Edvīns van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Jarūnas Kuliešius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. Daavid Šembera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Jarūnas Kuliešius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romualdas Motiekaitis in the 21st minute of play. Vilmer Röd made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Karl-Michael Bremming however managed to control. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Jarūnas Kuliešius sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the FC Alytus United defense, Felipe Barreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvīns van der Sar. The FC Alytus United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvīns van der Sar should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvīns van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvīns van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 32nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Michael Bremming got free with Wilson Amorim in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 35 played minutes FC Alytus United got a freekick which was hit by Vilmer Röd. Daniel Pimentel took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvīns van der Sar. Edvīns van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Edvīns van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 44th minute of the match. After 46 minutes FC Alytus United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felipe Barreto who took care of the corner kick. In the 47th minute, Cafu Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Alytus United's Edvīns van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caetano Moreira in the 51st minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Portugal's Daniel Pimentel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvīns van der Sar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 58 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Daavid Šembera came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Jarūnas Kuliešius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Jarūnas Kuliešius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the game, Jarūnas Kuliešius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romualdas Motiekaitis in the 70th minute of play. Edvīns van der Sar was a little too slow when Felipinho Amorim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 3-4. 77 minutes into the match, FC Alytus United's goal looked a bit too open when Felipinho Amorim came free, but Edvīns van der Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvīns van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daavid Šembera in the 83rd minute of play. Lowrey Fallen hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Caetano Moreira hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Jarūnas Kuliešius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarūnas Kuliešius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Alytus United players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
