The audience thought a goal was coming when Cléber Catarinense got free with Fodor Daniel in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 13th minute of play forced Sport Club Abrilense's goalkeeper Loris Karius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Abrilense's Mariano Enol got a free kick in the 15th minute. Israel Edorta struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Club Abrilense. 18 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Loris Karius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 27th minute of play forced Sport Club Abrilense's goalkeeper Loris Karius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sport Club Abrilense's goalie and right to Balazs Lajos. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sport Club Abrilense's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Loris Karius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34thth minute of the game Antal Valentin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sport Club Abrilense's Loris Karius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dan Rüdy was slow to take the kick. During this time Sport Club Abrilense's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Dan Rüdy got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Sport Club Abrilense defense, Takacs Tibor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Loris Karius. The Sport Club Abrilense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loris Karius should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Dan Rüdy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sport Club Abrilense's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Rüdy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cléber Catarinense made a kick off. Sport Club Abrilense were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dan Rüdy took the corner. Sport Club Abrilense's Severino Bruggink was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Abrilense's Israel Edorta got a free kick in the 55th minute. After having played for 71 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Loris Karius in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Sport Club Abrilense's Loris Karius got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severino Bruggink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loris Karius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 82nd minute of play. Sport Club Abrilense's Loris Karius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Sport Club Abrilense from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Bruggink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Loris Karius. Sport Club Abrilense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 92 minutes into the game, Jimeno Estefan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sport Club Abrilense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sport Club Abrilense's Jimeno Estefan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Rüdy, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Bruggink came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
