Hias Nüssli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Hugo Aimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Victor Hugo Aimar came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Hugo Aimar couldn't finish the play. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Hugo Aimar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 76th minute, Levi von Herren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Switzerland defense, Victor Hugo Aimar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. The Switzerland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hias Nüssli should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Victor Hugo Aimar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Victor Hugo Aimar took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Hugo Aimar in the 93rd minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Switzerland had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
