Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Rapid Wien's Daniel Hagedorn started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fodor Daniel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robin Dommröse showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Robin Dommröse recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel. Robin Dommröse showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Alf Tempel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 12th minute of play. Robin Dommröse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. In the 24th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alf Tempel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szekeres Tamas to maneuver through the defense. Mirco Kähler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alf Tempel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 33rd minute of the match. Rapid Wien's Alf Tempel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balazs Lajos in the 35th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Alf Tempel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takacs Tibor in the 50th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Alf Tempel in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 61 minutes, Robin Dommröse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alf Tempel made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Rapid Wien's goalkeeper Alf Tempel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Tempel having to interfere. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Alf Tempel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. With a little luck, Rapid Wien's Alf Tempel got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Rapid Wien players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
